You agree to use Bwocks:
- In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- In a manner consistent with these Terms and this AUP
- Using your own judgment and responsibility
Bwocks is a general-purpose productivity tool. You are solely responsible for how you use it.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Bwocks to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity
- Violate any local, national, or international law
- Generate or assist with fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Create or distribute malware or exploit code
- Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse
2.2 Abuse of AI Providers
- Violate the terms, policies, or usage restrictions of AI providers you connect to
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, safeguards, or content restrictions imposed by AI providers
- Use stolen, shared, or unauthorized API keys
2.3 System Abuse
- Circumvent license validation or security measures
- Attempt to overload, probe, or disrupt Bwocks services
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the software
3. User-Provided Content
You are responsible for:
- All data, prompts, and content you input into Bwocks
- Ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide
- Reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs
Bwocks does not monitor or control user content.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
You agree:
- Not to rely on AI outputs as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
- To independently verify AI-generated content before use
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate licenses for violations of this AUP
- Disable access to features in cases of abuse
- Take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the Service
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of Bwocks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
