These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bwocks, the Bwocks website located at https://bwocks.com, and any related desktop software, services, or updates (collectively, the "Service").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Bwocks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Brandaid LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Bwocks on a single device for your personal or internal business use.

This is a license, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Brandaid LLC.

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute Bwocks
  • Share your license key with others
  • Install or use a single license on multiple devices
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Bwocks
  • Circumvent or interfere with license validation or security mechanisms
  • Use Bwocks for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license.

4. License Validation & Connectivity

Bwocks requires periodic internet access (at least once every 24 hours) to validate your license.

If validation fails:

  • Access to the software may be temporarily or permanently restricted
  • Features may be limited or disabled

We do not guarantee offline availability beyond the validation window.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Bwocks is sold as a one-time license for the current version
  • Optional paid update plans may be offered for continued updates
  • Prices, features, and update terms may change at any time
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers

All fees are shown prior to purchase and are charged at the time of checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate delivery, all sales are final, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

7. AI Features & User Responsibilities

Bwocks includes AI-powered features that may connect to third-party AI providers.

Bring Your Own API Key

  • You must provide your own API keys for third-party AI services
  • You are responsible for all usage, costs, rate limits, and compliance related to those keys
  • Bwocks does not control or guarantee third-party AI services

No Responsibility for AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated outputs. Bwocks is provided as an assistive tool only and does not replace human judgment.

8. Data & Privacy

Bwocks primarily operates locally on your device.

We do not claim ownership over your spreadsheet data, prompts, or content.

Limited data (such as license validation data or error logs) may be collected as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability & Uptime

Bwocks and related services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices or environments
  • That future versions will maintain specific features

10. Updates & Changes

We may:

  • Add, modify, or remove features
  • Release updates, patches, or new versions
  • Change pricing or licensing terms for future purchases

You are not guaranteed updates unless you purchase an applicable update plan.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You attempt to bypass license enforcement
  • You misuse the Service or engage in abuse

Upon termination:

  • Your license is revoked
  • You must stop using Bwocks and delete all copies

12. Intellectual Property

Bwocks, including all software, branding, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Brandaid LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bwocks is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Brandaid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of Bwocks.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bwocks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
